I served as an Army Officer for 10 years and hold two Bachelor's degrees in Military Sciences and Physical Education & Sports. Additionally, I have earned numerous certifications related to the military and sports.

My key strengths include a serious and disciplined approach to teaching, clear explanations and demonstrations, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for better understanding.

Approach:

I begin each session by introducing the lesson topics and demonstrating the necessary techniques. I then focus on correcting and refining the form to ensure accuracy. The amount of information provided varies based on the student's level, with each session building progressively on the previous one.
