Experience:I have 4 years of experience as a class teacher in primary education, teaching students from Year 1 to Year 6 in England. Throughout this time, I developed a strong foundation in creating engaging, differentiated lesson plans and fostering a positive classroom environment to support the diverse learning needs of my students. I gained valuable experience in managing classroom behavior, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure each child’s academic and personal growth. Now living in Doha, I am continuing my work as a tutor, bringing my skills and passion for helping students succeed to a new and diverse educational environment.

In my tutoring practice, I focus on creating personalized lesson plans that cater to each student's individual strengths, weaknesses, and learning styles. I begin by assessing a student’s current understanding of the topic, identifying areas where they need the most support. From there, I design lessons that break down complex concepts into manageable steps, using a mix of visual aids, hands-on activities, and interactive exercises to engage different types of learners. I incorporate regular check-ins and formative assessments to track progress and adjust the pace of the lessons accordingly. I also make sure to set clear, achievable goals for each session, so students can see their own progress and build confidence. Additionally, I collaborate with parents to ensure that learning continues beyond our sessions and that any concerns are promptly addressed. This thoughtful and flexible approach has proven effective in helping students improve their skills and feel motivated to reach their academic goals.
