Experience:I have taught and coached individuals and groups in yoga and mind-body therapy. Additionally, I am a certified coach in personal and professional development, assisting individuals in enhancing their skills and gaining a deeper understanding of emotions to facilitate the needed changes in their behavior. My overarching goal is to provide students with a foundational knowledge of psychology, enabling them to better understand their own processes and develop their emotional intelligence in preparation for their personal and professional futures.
Approach:Beginning by supervising meditation practices and visualization, while providing some principles of psychology, I really enjoy practicing exercises with the group in order to help them learn more about themselves and their behavior. This allows them to discover how to balance their personal life and mindset on their own. I assist in preparing them to be more grounded and develop their overall wellbeing, as well as managing their emotions, tensions, and stress. By empowering their self-confidence and gratitude, the group is able to perform better.
