Experience:From 2009, I have been teaching students and had a coaching center in my native country. I was an assistant English teacher in two secondary schools. I taught there for 4 years. I can teach my students until they understand. I have a quality of understanding anything easily.
Approach:First of all, I am watching the students' motives. All kids are not equal so we need to teach them according to their individual needs. If you understand their motives, then we can teach them easily. I also don't believe in beating them, because I don't think it is necessary.
