Experience:I have been working as a part-time tutor since I was in college. Even after I started working as an Auditor and Accountant, I continued tutoring part-time when I moved to Qatar in 2013. I teach English, Math, Spelling, and other academic subjects to Qatari families whose children are studying in Canadian and American schools between the ages of 7-14 years old.
Approach:I do some lesson planning, especially for elementary levels, and divide it into minutes to have time for a quick short examination of what they learned in that hour of tutoring. I make sure all their homework is finished by guiding them and ensuring that they know what they are doing during the tutoring session.
