Experience:My key strength is that I can figure out what my students need when it comes to learning the subject at hand. I usually resort to pictures because I believe that a picture speaks a thousand words and is much easier to grasp. I give time to every kid as needed to help them understand the reason why it is being taught. Some take a while to grasp the concept than others. I have a quality that makes each student approachable and able to connect with me. I have completed my post-graduation in HR (MBA). Now, as a mother, I can say that I have tutored my kids and they are excelling at their institution.
Approach:My teaching experience goes way back to junior high. I have been teaching the kids of my colony and have developed the understanding that the way to approach the students is quite an emotional and a learning journey. Not all the kids are the same; everyone has a different way of understanding the task at hand. Just as a mother needs to emotionally connect with her kin, I believe a teacher's role is similar as the emotional connection is quite valuable and will foster mutual respect to nurture the kids' brains and help them develop in the future.
