Experience:I have been in the teaching profession since 2005. In the Philippines, I handled teaching in preschool and primary level. Furthermore, I was also an English as a Second Language Teacher (ESL) for three years where I taught communicative english with grammar and comprehension. After, I resigned from public school teaching, my friends and I started a learning center where we catered in providing enrichment, intervention, and remediation to students starting from preschool level.
I really love working with kids and help them love learning.
Approach:At the start of the program, I first assess the students to identify their strengths and weaknesses. I give enrichment on areas they master already and provide remediation on areas they struggle.
