Experience:I have been tutoring for more than 8 years now. I hold two master's degrees and three bachelor's degrees in Biology, Agriculture, and Aviation, as I am also a pilot. I believe that establishing the right communication with the student is more important than the material itself. Once communication is established, tutoring will be much easier. Using modern methods of instruction without abandoning old school techniques is essential in the learning process. I follow a mix of both to reach the desired end state.
Approach:I outline my lessons in a way that every time it is a new experience for my students. I do not follow the lesson plan strictly because some materials should be subject to more focus depending on student preferences. In simple terms, I am flexible enough to give every student the learning experience they deserve.
