I am a gym and home fitness trainer.
I provide online and home workouts including weight lifting and body weight movements.
I also offer one-on-one training along with proper nutrition advice and weekly check-ins.
To see results, the exercise is split into 3 parts. Upper body on Monday, lower body on Tuesday, and full body on Wednesday. Thursday is a rest day. Repeat the cycle.
