Approach:One of my greatest strengths as a teacher is meeting each student’s unique needs by developing a personal understanding of them. I can achieve this by seeing and assessing my students as individuals and tailoring lesson plans to accommodate multiple intelligences. Furthermore, I ensure that all my students can grasp learning concepts and enhance their skills by providing learning centers, hands-on manipulatives, and fun activities. I utilize these strategies to introduce new concepts, establish a connection between the classroom and everyday life, and foster an engaging learning atmosphere.
