Experience:

I am a former Instructor of English at South Eastern University of Sri Lanka. I have completed a special Degree with BA (Hons)in TESL for four years. I have more than 5 years of excellent & effective working experience as an instructor of English in both school and the university. I . Currently, I have been conducting visiting online lectures at CCAS CAMPUS in Sri Lanka. Besides, I have been running my own Tution Centre at residence for 7 years.

I am an experienced enthusiastic and highly motivated teacher with a responsible attitude who is committed to safeguarding and promoting the education and well-being of children and young people at all times.I am very much capable of managing the classroom with the required skills, and I am very much concerned about my students' needs and interests. I am extremely organised and well dedicated to my work. I am a well qualified English teacher with a special Degree in Teaching English As A Second Language (TESL).To be honest, I love teaching, and I have a passion for teach I ensure that the way of my teaching is understandable, innovative, interesting, and attractive. I create not only a learner friendly atmosphere but also to keep the class interactive and lively. I do the best guidance in order to promote students towards Student-centered learning. I pay more attention to each individual while I am conducting lectures. A teacher should be loved by her students. Therefore, I try the maxim to maintain a good rapport between the students. I always prepare the lesson plans and various kinds of worksheets according to the lessons as well as the level and the needs of the learners. I do not teach in a monotonous way, whereas I teach in a fascinating way. I frequently observe my strengths and weaknesses during my teaching. To be honest, I love teaching, and I have a passion for teaching.
