Experience:

I have been teaching in the school since 8 years, from grade 1 to 10. Such as Scribbling, Sketching, Drawing, Oil Pastel, Water Color. Poster making and how to make a Design in system using Photoshop or PPT.

Approach:

1. Lesson plan making accordingly students age and grade. Additionally it is a gradually learning task. I must see students potential first then polish and enhance according to their style. Specially in ART there is of course techniques and tips which enhance by doing. Teacher paly the role of guiding the way. Art is all about Ideas. Many times students have best Ideas rather than teacher, in this case teacher must appreciate and polish that work/task.
