I have been a classroom teacher for the past 4 years in various capacities and grade levels. I feel I have the potential to inspire and encourage children of all abilities to reach their full potential. I enjoy the challenge of teaching students academically but also helping them to thrive socially. My style of teaching is student-centered approach to teaching places the student at the center of the learning process.

Approach:

I`ll define what I want my students to learn by the end of the lesson, understand the needs, interests, and learning styles of my students, I should create a Lesson Outline, break down the lesson into segments such as introduction, main content, activities, and conclusion, Relate the content to real-world situations whenever possible. This helps students understand the practical applications of what they are learning. Integrate formative assessments or checkpoints throughout the lesson to gauge student understanding always being flexible and ready to adapt my lesson plan based on the dynamics of the class. My tutoring involves a dynamic and individualized approach that considers the unique needs and learning style of each student. Being patient, flexible, and focused on positive reinforcement can contribute to a successful tutoring experience.
