Experience:

I have over 10 years of teaching experience. Meeting students where they are is my style of teaching. Strong communication skills. I speak very clearly, work well with students and deliver differentiation when more than one student. I am a very creative, realistic teacher with a positive attitude. I am friendly with strong behavioural management skills.

Approach:

I work to suit students preparing an activity for each lesson using all their senses to keep them engaged. I observe how a student learns and tailor lessons accordingly. I am interested in speaking to and using positive affirmations when working with students motivating them towards believing in themselves with a focus on emotional and social development. I enjoy building a student's self-esteem alongside developing their academics.
