Experience:I recently earned a bachelor's degree from Qatar University with a major in biological science and a minor in chemistry. I have taught numerous bachelor courses, such as biochemistry lab and lectures, genetic engineering, biology I, microbiology, and others, to students during my bachelor's degree. My previous professors encouraged me to teach student after they learned my passion of teaching. I am confident that I can help high school students with Biology subject.
Approach:Before starting the session, the material has to be reviewed with the student and talk about the weaknesses that needs to address either by summarizing or simplifying the concept. I always like using papers to write down / draw figures to simplify the materials and to help students who visual learners to understand the concepts better by writing /summarizing using figure, table etc.
