Experience:I am a biomedical scientist with a PhD in Functional and Structural Genomics. I have been working in Academia for over a decade. Before moving to Qatar, I was working at University of Oxford, UK. Here I gained experience in supervising various projects for the visiting BSc/MSc/medical students and I was a popular and well-liked supervisor. I work on the stipulated guidelines which are usually implemented with profitable results.
Approach:I believe that every student can learn in the right environment. I will provide an introductory interview to understand what the student wants to achieve and where he/she needs the most help with. We will establish a schedule by determining how many times a week we will meet. During the tuition session I will be asking questions to ensure that the student understands what I am teaching and work on the weak areas of the subject. I want to make sure that students can not only get the right answer, but that they can arrive at the answer in the right way.
