Teaching should not be a process of passing on information, instruction, and resources; rather, it should be to create an atmosphere of self-learning where students are self-motivated to learn. Teaching should aim at developing inquisitiveness, analysis, comprehension, and critical thinking which lead to self-study. Once a student starts self-study, learning tends to be burden-less and joyful.
