Experience:

I am a people enthusiast, with a strong determination for quality work and service. I completed my Master of Science degree in Environmental Sciences. I taught English in Korea at an academy for 3 years. I taught and tutored grade 1 and 2 students in Qatar for two and a half years. I believe that practice makes perfect and to become better at any skill you need to practice and perfect that skill over time. I have worked with photography clients for 8 years and use editing programs daily.

Approach:

Identifying the student's needs is the first step. Providing Elementary students with clear understanding of the curriculum objectives and maintaining up-to-date book work is the first priority. Thereafter, additional resources will be made available to test and enhance their knowledge of the specific area. A sufficient amount of time should be allocated so that they can receive enough exposure and practice to perform optimally. I enjoy total physical response exercises, using movement and educational games to keep them engaged to the subject. For language learners a mix of reading, writing, speaking and listening activities will be prepared (depending on their needs). Making use of language learning books, if they do not follow their own curriculum. In order to ensure that the skill of photography and editing is learned and practiced, practical projects will be conducted together.
