Experience:

A good tutor is the one who has the ability to establish a strong trust and rapport with their students. So, I do possess this quality where in I try to cater the needs of the children. I do provide sufficient standard to complete the work with them on time and also to ensure that they grasp over the topic before venturing onto a new one. Using my skills as much as at the curriculum to create confident and independent learners.

Approach:

One to one , in person tutoring. I make sure to give sufficient time to consider their questions and doubts. Motivation is what they need during learning, I make sure the students remain motivated while learning process. I provide them with extra support. Time management is another important approach which every students should know, I try to make them understand by making time table and how to go about it. My technique for tutoring is a student - centered teaching approach to learning that promotes creative thinking skills.
