My strategies are always focus in building relationship so students can enjoy the lessons. I know that play is a child's most important work, and I strive to create and maintain an environment where the child can grow and thrive while exploring the world.

Approach:

1. Ask open-ended questions. By posing questions that require more than a yes/no response, you encourage the tutee to start thinking

2. Ask probing questions. Probing questions follow up on a student's contribution.

3. Rephrase questions. Try repeating your question in a slightly different manner.
