Highly experienced and qualified teacher of English language and literature. Have a BA and MA in English language. Over 20 years teaching experience. Taught all levels of English (preparatory, secondary and University) at reputable international schools and universities. Can assist in preparation and revision for exams: GCSE, iGCSE, AS, ALevel, IB, IELTS. English as 1st language, English as 2nd language, English literature. All UK exam boards. Approach:

I can assist with writing, reading, listening and reading skills. Focus on key areas of syllabus or I can identify gaps in your knowledge. We can do intensive revision on topics of your choice or deal with more challenging areas such as essay writing. We can go through past papers GCSE- AS Level- A Level ad I have vast experience in this area and useful resources. The aim is to get you a respectable score in your English exams. I welcome bilingual multilingual speakers who already have a basic level of English to work with. Lessons can be online or in person and I use a variety of innovative IT tools as part of my teaching techniques. I break down complicated concepts and give regular homework and assessments. I can provide you feedback on your progress after every lesson. I can also speak arabic and if you are a native arabic speaker you will find this invaluable e.g. direct translation of words etc. We can do a trial lesson and see how it goes.
