Experience:

My strengths as an electronics engineer include expertise in the subject matter, ability to communicate complex concepts to students in a clear and understandable way, and passion for teaching and helping students learn. My teaching style will be, 'lecture-based' which involves presenting material to students through lectures, often accompanied by visual aids such as slides or demonstrations; 'problem-based', which involves presenting students with problems or scenarios to solve.

Approach:

I follow mixed style of teaching, which incorporates both traditional and modern methods. I use lectures and demonstrations for teaching, host feedback sessions and provide individualized support to children. I encourage participation and queries and create an interactive learning environment. I value disciplined and structured classroom, meanwhile enjoy flexibility and freedom as well. I believe that this style will be effective in creating a comfortable and focused learning space for students. I use the feedback sessions and conduct test papers as a measure to assess and evaluate the student learning. Additionally, I provide constructive feedback as it will help the students to improve and succeed. As a mentor, I am concerned about the individual needs of my student and hence I am committed to achieve their goals.
