Approach:

I am an Assistant Professor of English Language and Literature, fellow of the Higher Education Academy, UK, from which I further obtained Teaching and Learning in Higher Education Certificate. Throughout my Academic path, I was appointed as Supervisor of Literature Courses; Coordinator of Teaching and Learning Center; Coordinator of Research and Translation center; Supervisor of Study Abroad Scholarships, and Assistant Professor of English Language and Literature. My teaching philosophy is geared towards engendering life-long autonomous learners, via deploying current student-centered pedagogies. As instructor and course group supervisor, I endeavored to promote the potentialities of Multiple Intelligences as an instructional approach to propel students' individualistic dispositions, together with enabling them to ascend Bloom's Taxonomy reaching higher order of critical thinking. Digitizing my classes was the main momentum beyond incorporating technological applications to nurture my students 'engagement, while catering to their varied learning styles. My teaching approach was acclaimed by the Higher Education Academy on their observation visit to my classes, in Riyadh; thereupon, they offered a testimonial (attached to my documents) acknowledging my approach as innovative and are using it in their sessions worldwide as exemplary of current digitized teaching approach.
