I'm an advanced level nutritional and diet coach with 2 years experience in personal training and self development. I tutor psychology for Advanced level students and provide exam preparation as well as mindset building. I conduct workshops fir various topics under psychology and sports science which has benefited many individuals to self improve.

Approach:

My teaching technique is student centred and very interactive. I share notes as well as methods to create your own ( such as mind maps and flash cards) that guarantee a higher grade. I love the subjects I teach so my goal is to make you find it interesting as well which in result helps you study ur even better.
