Experience:

I got 4 years of experience teaching and I enjoy a lot of the reason I believe in hybrid or blended style because it allows me to align our thoughts with the needs of the students. And I would love to discuss stuff with the students if there is anything or any idea that comes to mind. It gives confidence to the students and their sharing capacity gets increased.

Approach:

Well, this is a very interesting question because of plans, making our lesson interesting, and last but not least techniques of tutoring, all these parameters depend on the students. Some like past stories or histories; some believe in current situations, so it varies from student to student and person to person.
