Experience:

With 8 years of experience in teaching and one year of experience as content and pedagogy developer, I'm adept in creative lesson plan development, pedagogy, differentiation in instructional methods, Assessments to test LOTS & HOTS, effective feedback with remediations and classroom communication and management. I have solid educational foundation in science and engineering, postgraduate diploma in teaching and have passion for science and technology to work as physics teacher.

Approach:

I prepare lesson plans(interactive) as per the expected learning outcome of the subject (backward design) and differentiate the content as per the learning needs and abilities of the learner. I use Hook techniques to help learners to connect the concept to real world and extend the concept to what is taught in the textbook and challenge them with assignments to master the learning outcomes. I provide effective feedback and remediation to the learners to redirect them from the misconceptions.
