Experience:3 years experience as a school teacher. 3 years experience as an academic tutor 2 years as a home tutor.
Approach:1st of all I manage my time. Then plan how to teach in this time. Mainly it's all up to student's mentality if student's iq level is good then he pick up at once. If his iq is normal he pick up the lesson more than half an hours almost per sub. I prefer student's to learn lesson with writing.
