I am a300HRS International certified yoga instructor from reputed Institute. I have a total 2 years of experience in conducting group and individual classes for kids and adults. I also have a 100 HRs International kids yoga certification and experience conducting kids yoga classes. My approach is the most purest and effective form of yoga that is a Hatha Yoga,which can be easily followed by any age group. Systematic and step step progression of asans and Pranayama.

Hatha Yoga. Traditional and purest form of yoga as it is without any changes. Different set of practices depending upon the person's need,body type and other factors.
