Approach:

I plan my lessons according to syllabus and strength/weakness of the student in their respective subjects. In his/her weakers subjects I focus more on fundamentals to strengthen the subject. In his stronger subjects I focus to teach on advance level to give him deeper knowledge of the subject. I solve proper numericals related questions, also make quick revision notes for exam time.
