Experience:

After graduating with a BSci in Electrical and control engineering I was retained as a teaching assistant at the department of electrical engineering under the engineering faculty at International University of East Africa, So Ive since gained experience in tutoring students.

Approach:

In my first lesson I try to establish a good relationship with the class then I evaluate and understand the needs of the students. We then work together to set goals. Then I get to familiarize with the needs of the student. Then I adapt my teaching methods to the students' learning method. I then prepare myself accordingly.
