Experience:I am a qualified teacher in both primary and secondary teaching. My main areas/strengths are English, History, Humanities and Physical Education. I qualified top of my class in St Mary's Univerity Teaching College, Belfast and completed my teacher training in London/England. My teaching style is direct, student led, interactive and apply high resources and aids to support and encourage learning. I am a qualified swimming and lifeguard instructor with vast expeience in swimming, through coaching adults, kids and students and succesfully running extra-curricular swimming academys in school. I am also a level 2 Basketball and Football coach.
Approach:My lessons are planned to a high quality with the use of up to date engaging resources and tasks, visual aids, past papers and exam style questioning. My success rate for grades is high throughout my tutor experience and this is down to my engaging and supportive student interaction techniques e.g use of whiteboards, Ipads to blend learning and cater this to the students strengths.
