Experience:I am a British qualified teacher, who has worked in primary and secondary educational setting for 15 years. I have had the opportunity to do tutoring, teaching, and studying such as attending training/teaching conferences in Asia and the Middle East as well as attaining a Diploma in IT, Professional Graduate Certificate in Teaching, Foundation Diploma, Post Graduate diploma, in TESOL and M.A. Education degree. In addition, I have designed programmes/lessons and curriculums which include ICT, and English.
Approach:I have helped learners face assignments and tasks such as planning lessons to meet the individuals needs and supporting them throughout their learning journey. As well as assisting them and mentoring as they face challenges, that can be worked through with a teacher's involvement. These include positive reinforcement, formative and summative assessment to evaluate the students needs. I have learned about working with people from diverse cultures and educational backgrounds.
