Experience:I have a degree of MA in English and a bachelor's degree in English and Education. I also studied TEFL (Teaching English as a foreign language) as the main course in the master's program. I earned CELTA certification from Cambridge. In addition, I have a BSCS degree of four years in Computer Science and a three years technical diploma in computer technology. Apart from all of this, I have an equivalency certificate of my education from WES, Canada.
Approach:I mostly work one-on-one with students needing individualized attention and developed special learning plans for struggling learners, create language arts lesson plans for low-level students to meet learning needs, adhere to curriculum standards, and build interest in learning, teamed with parents to outline Individualized Education Plans(IDPs) for gifted, talented, and special education students to provide highly customized teaching approaches for special learning requirements.
