Bachelor of Elementary Education - English with Doctorate Degree in Educational Management

Experience:

In 17 years of teaching, I handled different levels of learners. I taught in Elementary handling the following subjects such as English, Social Studies, and ICT. As a Doctor of Philosophy, I was able to teach in college and Graduate studies such as Foundation of Education and Strategies of Teaching. Presently, I am teaching in Senior High School teaching Empowerment Technologies and Media and Research. I am confident that I can draw out the critical and creative thinking skills of my student.

Approach:

Before I start my actual teaching activities, I am conducting a diagnostic test of my learners to identify their strengths and weaknesses. After learning these, I design my lesson according to the level of my students' needs. I am using pedagogies in teaching to have a clinical assessment that will help my learners realize their full potential. I am employing gamification and game-based activities as my springboard and/or formative assessment. As much as possible, I must awaken or motivate them to draw out their full potential. I have high regard for respect, humility, and patience. I believe that when a learner feel they are safe in their environment, they will enjoy hence, learning will take place.
