Experience:I am a qualified British teacher with over 8 years experience. From a primary background, I am able to tutor primary subjects including English, Maths and Science. My specialism is Key Stage 2 which focuses on ages 7 to 11 pupils, and I have a range of experience with SEN, EAL and Gifted and Talented learners. I have also completed a Geography degree, which has allowed me to broaden my teaching expertise into the field of Humanities. I am currently Head of Humanities, and familiar with all areas of the Geography and History Curriculum from KS1 through to IGCSE. I am a friendly and approachable person so feel free to ask any questions.
Approach:I am able to teach online only. My sessions are engaging, personalised and 1:1 so that my students are supported in the best possible way. I work closely with students, and spend time understanding their strengths, targets and learning styles.
