Experience:Being a teacher for 7 years in elementary and 7 years in high school, I believe that I am the right choice to work as a tutor of your child for I'm confident that I possess the skills and passion that you require, a flexible and versatile wherein I evaluate the needs of the child to identify their particular difficulties for me to create the best action plan suited for them and deliver the lessons with enthusiasm in order to make the child comfortable and establish a good relationship with them.
Approach:I plan my lessons according to the evaluation that I've done to the student, such as their areas of difficulties, I give my own spice to it especially towards the activities that I add in a lesson depending on the child's progress. I also use techniques such as asking open-ended questions, ask probing questions and listen to my student's response. For a visual learners, tactile learners, or for certain types of content fields like science, I use drawings or diagrams to convey the information.
