BA and MA in Education

Experience:

I have over 11 years of experience in teaching in the New York State public school system and working directly with students, one-on-one as a tutor! I offer tutoring services for children (regular and special needs), in grades KG-8 in all core subjects. I also worked for 6 years in the UAE in British and American schools.

Approach:

I often model the new concept and connect with everyday life. I try my best to consider all learning styles and student's abilities so they're comfortable and motivated. Most students in the primary stage enjoy learning with visual aids. For math, I let students find multiple ways to solve problems and think from different angles so they're well prepared for future work fields.
