I have been teaching yoga for almost 3 years. Ive always been interested in fitness and wellbeing. I was a dancer for 10 years so I have a wide knowledge in what respects to posture and stretching. Approach:

On our first session we will meet and discuss your objetives and goals. We will check your weights and measurements to track your progress. You will choose a package of sessions and times per week. I will give you advise on your nutrition to make the most of our sessions and see progress faster. Depending on what you want we can adapt the class for either strength training, cardio, pilates or yoga. I believe that combining these gives a good balance. I speak spanish and english
