Experience:I had taught English, Math and Science for elementary students for two years. I also teach English Literature, Grammar and Technical Writing for highschool students. I can say that my experiences are varied and dynamic because I had dealt with all types of students (kids and adults).
Approach:First, Diagnostic exam should be done to know the level of the students and to create a lesson that would be suitable for the students' needs and learning styles. The lessons would be fun and the topics would be suitable to the students' interests to make learning a memorable experience.
