Qualification:UK University Degree holder with BSc Biomedical Science and MSc Biotechnology
Experience:I am a UK Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science holder and have lived in the UK for 5 years. I have previously held the position of Learning Support Assistant in a British Curriculum School in Qatar. I have also privately tutored secondary students in Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics. All of whom were a part of the British Curriculum.
Approach:The tutoring sessions are split into two parts. In the first part, I explain theories and provide examples to students in order to ensure the student understands the subject. In the second part I provide the students with questions from the official examining board textbooks and help guide them in answering it. I ensure I leave the student with good understand of the subject. I prefer to use interactive approaches to teach student by creating visual aid revision posters and flashcards using various colours, as well as creating summaries of big topics on A4 pages using mind maps and spider diagrams
