Approach:

I first and foremost have a discussion the student to know his or her strength and weakness. build on his or her strength and gradually bring him or her from the weakness. I give illustrations with simple everyday life styles, makes it fun and exciting. I employ every technology possible to make my students understand whatever we both learnt during the lesson. My class or lessons are one of a kind because its not a one way affair. its a two way affair.
