As a Design & Technology Educator in the IB MYP sector, I have developed excellent pedagogical skills, covered various types of assessment, managed and promoted positive classroom behaviour, challenged and stretched learners to the best of their abilities. Whilst doing so, I have strengthened my own teaching by adapting, flexibility and resilient when faced with difficult challenges. I have a UK Post Graduate Qualification in teaching, a UK MA Education Degree and a UK BA Hons Graphic Design Degree

Approach:

I plan my lessons based on the level and learners needs using a range of activities and active learning techniques. I provide additional support videos to assist step by step skill development and monitor formative progression through Google classroom. My teaching style is very open honest and friendly with british humour! However, my professionalism is of high standards to make sure results are met.
