Experience:I am an American teacher who resides in Qatar. I have been teaching TOEFL and IELTS classes for more than 5 years. Also, I have experience teaching Chemistry at the college level in USA. I taught Science, English, and Math in Qatar at American and British schools (IGCSE and Edexcel). I have a doctor degree in Pharmaceutical Science (Chicago, IL. USA), Master degree in Chemistry and Mathematics, and Bachelor degree in Chemistry and Mathematics (Chicago, IL. USA).
Approach:I follow a stepwise approach when it comes to teaching difficult topics. As I explain, I tend to break down complex concepts into simple ideas, so students can gradually comprehend the subject. Application will be the next step to follow. I provide students with structural process, strategies, and tepmlates to use when studying for the exams. I always encourage my students to ask many questions as possible.
