Experience:Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) Licensed Special Needs Educator with 9.5yrs of expertise dealing children with Learning, Mental, Emotional & Developmental disabilities, Behavioral problems and Cognitive disorders. Specialized in handling kids with Autism, ADHD, LD, Dyslexia, Slow Learners, etc. Skilled in Behavioral Analysis / Modification techniques.
Approach:Assesses student progress and determines the need for additional reinforcement or adjustments to instructional techniques. Design lesson plans to fit the needs of the special need’s students. Periodical Application of FACP & MDPS assessment tools to identify improvement in students. Regularly review and develop Individualized Education Plans.
