Experience:

I have been practicing yoga for 18 years all around the world in a variety of styles and under many different renowned teachers. I have my 500-hour Yoga Alliance Yoga Certificate and have been teaching group and private classes for over 6 years, to all ages and levels. I am able to tailor my teaching approach to accommodate your needs and abilities. I look forward to helping you achieve your yogic dreams!

Approach:

I approach tutoring in such a way that I show the students the basics, and then give them a variety of practice exercises and urge them figure out the answers themselves. If in doubt, I would keep prompting them to find the right answers thereby helping them to grasp the right concepts.
