B.Sc Kinesiology, ASCA Level 1,2 & 3 and PADI Rescue Diver

Experience:

My objective is to inspire and serve as a role model to children in achieving and promoting physical fitness and good health My Certifications are from the American Coaching Swimming Association • Level 1: Foundations of Coaching • Level 2: Stroke School • Level 3: Physiology School Certified to administer Adult-Child-Infant CPR/AED Standard First Aid also a National Canadian Lifeguard & Certified PADI Rescue Diver

Approach:

With a degree in B.Sc of Kinesiology, I have always wanted to train younger athletes and transfer my life experiences of sports to them. I have done many sports in my lifetime: Swimming however, is my passion and I excelled in it wonderfully. Working with youngsters through their daily swim challenges, brings me immense satisfaction when I can see the progress and positive changes in my students through my education of the sport. With twenty years of swimming experience, they will be results.
