A certified fitness trainer of 3years experience in Doha

Experience:

I am a certified fitness trainer/personal trainer of 3 years experience leads in fitness group classes such as HIIT, body shape, Abdominal workout.

Approach:

I will go by the Syllabus taught to the students and try my level best to make them practice as many questions as possible so that they get familiar with the method. Other than this after completion of each topic a test will be conducted to judge the knowledge of student.
