PGCE in Primary Education & Undergraduate Degree in English - Creative Writing

Experience:

I am a primary school teacher from the UK that has been teaching for 4 years. I am fully qualified within the UK and have a wide range of experience both within the UK and abroad. My first degree was in an English writing based subject before moving on to studying a Post Graduate Certificate of Education at Liverpool Hope - the best teaching school in the UK. As I have studied English and education I feel I would be the best choice to further none-speaking English children with their education.

Approach:

I plan my lessons based around a mixture of the current curriculum in the child's school, that child's needs and wants and the specifics child's strengths and weaknesses. My ability to adapt lessons to suit each child's needs, provide interesting insight, fun yet education activities and have a firm understanding of where the child is in their ability and where they can be sets me apart from other teachers. Not only this but a high level of experience has also allowed me to climb to higher positions within schools, giving me a deeper knowledge of how to provide a top quality education.
