Experience:I worked at an online English teaching company based in China for more than a year. I can teach Accounts, Audit, English Language quite well.
Approach:Before the mentoring sessions, I do a leveling off to determine the pace and which part of the subject my student and I are going to start. I focus on finding my student's weakness and nurturing it step by step into their strengths. I design a progressive program for teaching to set and assess development of in every stage of our sessions. Lastly, I have strategies how to make our activities fun and I have that motivating force that will let the student to love learning more and more.
