Experience:

I teach Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics quite well.

Approach:

I make sure that I am prepared with the lesson/topic beforehand for a smooth discussion with my student. I always plan my approach only after reading the mind of the student on how he/she is capturing the concept from a particular subject. If he is good at it, I take him to the next level by testing on areas a bit tough but if he is lagging a bit, then I start from scratch and explain the concept in different ways until he understands and then goes for further plans.
